He was born in 1989 in Gümüşhane. He received his legal education in the United Kingdom. He graduated from the Department of International Relations at TOBB University of Economics and Technology. He completed his master’s degree in Security Studies at Johns Hopkins University. He is currently in the dissertation phase of his PhD studies in the Industrial Policies and Technology Management program at Istanbul Commerce University.
As an academic, he teaches courses in technology policies, artificial intelligence, diplomacy, cybersecurity, and entrepreneurship. He also provides investment and consultancy support to technology startups.
He is fluent in English and has a basic knowledge of French and Arabic. He is married and has two children.
