He proudly practices his legal profession at national and international levels, with offices in Ankara and Istanbul.In the field of law, he carries out academic and applied studies in the fields of artificial intelligence and digital asset law, which are the most mentioned technologically and intellectually in today's world, especially commercial law, civil law, intellectual property rights. At the beginning of the paths leading to his professional career are Ankara Büyük College, Ankara Trial High School and finally Çankaya University Faculty of Law, which had a great share in acquiring his current professional identity. As an individual who believes in the philosophy of "lifelong education", he is currently pursuing his undergraduate education at Eskişehir Anadolu University, Faculty of Media and Communication, and Private Law Master's Degree at Kadir Has University.He continues his license and also holds T.R.Participating in various seminars on behalf of the Ministry of Justice, A. Ata Gümüş has the opportunity to convey his experiences and vision to his young friends and professionals by attending lectures and interviews at many universities and public institutions as a guest lecturer. In addition to his management and membership in many non-governmental organizations, he has served as the Founding Board Member of the Artificial Intelligence Policies Association, the Chairman of the Legal Commission, and currently continues to serve as a Board Member.
