He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1999.He completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Erciyes University, Institute of Social Sciences with his thesis titled "Protection of Internet Domain Names".He graduated from the Sports Law program at Kadir Has University with his thesis titled "Betting Games in Sports".He completed his doctorate at Selçuk University, Department of Private Law, with his doctoral thesis on biotechnological inventions.The associate professorship presentation thesis is about the intellectual property law aspect of three-dimensional printing technologies.He received the title of associate professor in the field of information and technology law at the beginning of 2024. After his judicial internship, he served as the Public Prosecutor of Şarköy (Tekirdağ), Çermik (Diyarbakır), Edremit (Balıkesir) and Elbistan (K. Maraş).He completed his military service in 2010 as a military prosecutor at the 2nd Army Command in Malatya.In 2018 and 2019, he served as 'Chief Legal Advisor' at the Embassy in Valletta and at the International Institute for Justice and the Rule of Law (IIJ) in Malta.He has been working at the Ministry of Justice since 2012.He currently serves as the Head of EU Project Implementations Department at the Ministry of Justice, General Directorate of Foreign Relations and European Union.
