He graduated from Atılım University, Department of Computer Engineering in 2006. He completed his Master's and PhD programs at the Software Engineering Department of the same university with a scholarship. He has worked as a computer engineer, software specialist, project coordinator, technical project manager and technical leader in various public, private sector and international organizations and has worked as a consultant. He worked as a consultant with the World Bank between 2017 and 2019 within the scope of the "Strengthening and Supporting the Turkish Health System Project", which is used throughout the country.The "2006-2010 Information Society Strategy Action Plan" studies are among the high-budget projects he took part in. He has been a researcher in many R&D projects funded by TÜBİTAK Priority Areas Research, Technology Development and Innovation Projects Support Program. He has been working at Atılım University Faculty of Engineering since 2022 and continues his research in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
