Emre Balduk was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1986.After completing his primary education in Kahramanmaraş, he completed his high school education at IMI Italian High School in Istanbul in 2006.He completed his university education in 2011 at Koç University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Business Administration.Additionally, he attended the summer school course on Bargaining and Negotiation at the London School of Economics and successfully completed the "Business Analytics, Economics for Managers and Financial Accounting certificate program" at Harvard Business School Online at the end of 2023. Balduk started his professional career with an internship in the Project Finance department at UniCredit Bank in 2010, and started working in the Tax Audit department at PwC Istanbul office in 2011. He has been working at Nazar Tekstil since 2013.He served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and later as the Chairman of the Board of Directors.He has also been a Member of the Board of Directors at Akedaş Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ since 2019, a Member of the Board of Directors at Kale Enerji, and a Founding Partner and CEO at Cotcast Artificial Zeka AŞ since 2023. He is currently the Chairman and CEO of Nazar Tekstil AŞ, a Member of the Board of Directors at Akedaş Elektrik Dağıtım AŞ and a Founding Partner and CEO at Cotcast Artificial Zeka AŞ.He has been a congress member of Beşiktaş Gymnastics Club since 2011, a member of the Istanbul Rotary Club since 2023, and a member of the TOBB Energy Council since 2021. Among his professional achievements, he has contributed to important projects such as the National Smart Meter Project (MASS).He also participated in the Fast Company Young Owners seminar in 2022 and "Business Models Transforming with Technology: Artificial" in 2023.He took part as a speaker at the Transforming Leadership Summit titled "The Economic Impact of Intelligence". Emre Balduk has advanced knowledge of English and Italian and beginner level knowledge of Spanish.
