He was born in Gümüşhane in 1989.He studied law in England.He graduated from TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Department of International Relations in 2015.He completed his master's degree in Security Studies at Johns Hopkins University in 2020.He continues his doctoral studies at Istanbul Commerce University Industrial Policies and Technology Management program. In addition to his public experience in the field of media and communication, he works as a consultant in the field of technology and artificial intelligence projects at AIdea tech, the company he founded.He is one of the 11 founding members and vice president of the Artificial Intelligence Policy Association (AIPA).He speaks fluent English, beginner level French and Arabic.He is married and has one child.
