He was born in Samsun in 1995.He completed his bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from the university in 2017 and his master's degree in Engineering Management in 2020.He continues his academic and professional life with scientific publications and patent studies of value-creating innovations at national and international congresses in order to share the successes obtained as a result of the projects and spread the knowledge.In the early years of his career, which he started as an R&D Engineer, he worked on communication technologies, energy monitoring, electronic equipment and design.As of 2019, it started to take an active role in the fields of energy storage, smart grids, power systems, energy efficiency and renewable energy.He currently works as a manager in national and international R&D innovation projects, collaborations, capital management and internal/external innovation studies.Bektaş, who has the "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt" certificate, aims to create value in the energy sector with his active membership in various non-governmental organizations as well as his business life.He continues his work with the "Active Committee Membership Award" by TSE at the International Standardization Conference in 2021, the "Thank You Award" by Ondokuz Mayıs University Technology Transfer Office for his contributions to the R&D, Innovation and Entrepreneurship ecosystem, and the "Best Project" award in the Electrical and Electronics Sector at the International Research-Development and Design Conference RDCONF 2022, and continues to work as a trainer and manager on energy technologies.
