He completed his undergraduate degree at Karadeniz Technical University, Department of Surveying Engineering.He completed his master's degree in International Business Management at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies in Monterey.He completed his doctorate at Istanbul University, Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Journalism.He holds the title of Associate Professor in the Field of Applied Communication Science. He conducts academic studies in the fields of communication technologies and new media, hybrid communication tools, applied communication, journalism and QR Code technology.He is the editor of Intermedia International e-Journal.He currently serves as the dean of Istanbul Commerce University, Faculty of Communication.
